Hummer history

In March 1993, Anhui Develop Amorphous Equipment Co., Ltd, invested by Wanwei Group Corporation, was established as the parent company of Hummer. 

In May 1998, the wind power project department was founded.

In July 2002, with the efforts over 4 years, the R&D team of the generator project department was able to apply SCF supercritical generator technology into products, which were manufactured in small quantity and trial sold in domastic market.

In May 2005, with almost 3 years’ continuous improvement,  500W and 1kW products were type approval.

In July 2005, Anhui Hummer Dynamo Co., Ltd, was registered and began to manufacture wind turbines on a large scale.

In March 2006, the initial shipment of 12 sets of 500W and 1KW wind turbines were exported to France.

In November 2010, the 50kW wind turbine were put into mass production.

In June 2011, the 100kW wind turbine rolled off the production line and started testing.

In August 2012, the 100kW wind turbine passed the test and was launched into market.

In October 2013, the 200kW wind turbine rolled off the production line and started testing.
